I am sending you this email to let you know how pleased I am with my lovely new home and the entire building experience. First, I want to thank you for having so many single story floor plans. I have a disability and use a scooter to get around quite a bit, and I had some trouble finding single story floor plans that weren’t just a basic 1970s style ranch. I feel that the holly, the poplar, and the Swansboro plans are wonderful contemporary takes on that tired old ranch. Thank you for offering floor plans that were so easily adaptable without compromising style and usable space. And what a space it is! The holly is gorgeous! Secondly, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate Chris Niehr. Please don’t misunderstand me. All of your staff, with the exception of a couple of minor hiccups, were absolutely wonderful, but Chris was truly superb. He made this entire project so easy and enjoyable for me. Because I was living an hour away I knew I couldn’t drop in on things whenever I wanted to so I was very nervous, but as soon as I met Chris all of those worries disappeared. He made sure that everything was always taken care of on time to my exacting standards and kept me posted about every little detail. He is hard working, detail oriented, and kind. I always knew that my house was in good hands with him. He was truly a gift during this potentially stressful experience.
