I can't say enough about your project manager Mark Aaron. Mark took the time to walk my wife and I through the entire process and went above and beyond (in our opinion) to make sure we were happy. He is a friendly, honest, respectful, professional, detailed, and punctual individual who made us feel like our needs were/ are a priority to him as well as Royal Oaks. I cannot stress enough how lucky the company is to have someone with such high character, like Mark, working on/ for your team. He is truly an asset and I can only hope he is well taken care of by Royal Oaks. He represents your company well and it was a pleasure working with him.
I would like to add that communication (as well as quality of course) is a high priority for us when choosing a builder, and it is obvious to us that Royal Oaks shares similar thoughts.

Hey Mark,

I wanted to drop you a note with no lists of any kind just to say thanks. Audrey and I definitely notice the little things you do. For example, you and I were chatting a week or two back about the master closet and there not being any place to hang a long dress. Now, there's an extra rod that's perfect for Audrey's dresses. And that's just one of several examples during the construction of our new house.

The point is you listen and pay attention, even to the little details, and we REALLY appreciate it. You're a great builder, and it's been a great experience working with you.
